We will double bag all waste and place in your disposal can. If you want us to haul waste away it would be an extra $15 each service. 

We clean all materials between stops with pet safe disinfectant.   

Yards must not be overgrown. We cannot find the waste if yards are overgrown.

All dogs must be inside or separated from cleaning area.  We will not clean if dogs are out. 

Gates/fences must be unlocked if owner is not home or unlocked by owner upon arrival.  We will not unlock/open gates/fences.

Cans will be taken to curb and back to house once trash is picked up.  

Furniture, appliances, and larger items would be considered junk removal.  We can quote that price to you.  As a platinum member, no additional charges would apply. 

Do not overfill cans, ensure lids can close.

• Up to 50 boxes: add $10 per 25 boxes
• Up to 10 bags:  add $5 per bag

Cardboard boxes do not need flattened.

All plastic is acceptable, but place in bags for removal.  

Junk removal quoted on site unless you are a platinum member. 

Junk removal is for on ground level only and within 15 ft of where we can get the trailer.

Junk removal for platinum members, large items such as vehicles, trees, excessively heavy items are not included. We can haul, but it would be an additional charge.

All 4 services plus dump trailer full of junk removed for $625 per month

5% discount if 6 months paid in full 

7% discount if 12 months paid in full

Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice. 

All plans include the basic service price.  Additional charges would be added to plan such as additional days of services, cans, dogs, etc.  

Get 5 neighbors or friends to sign up for our services and receive a whole month upgraded to the next membership level. 

Referrals don't stop at 5. Refer more and get more upgrades.
